2. Definitions

3. Eligibility
The rk888 platform is available to private individuals only. By registering an Account, you warrant that all of the following eligibility conditions are satisfied and remain satisfied for as long as your Account is active.

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active. rk888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

Single Account Rule
Each individual person may register and operate only one rk888 Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited. rk888 may close all associated accounts and withhold any balances held across them upon discovery of duplicate registration.

Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration and update it promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Personal Use Only
Your rk888 Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access or use your Account, share your login credentials, or permit a third party to place bets on your behalf. rk888 is not responsible for losses incurred through Account sharing.
4. Account Registration and Verification
To access the full functionality of the rk888 platform — including placing bets, claiming bonuses and making withdrawals — you must register a Player Account. The registration process requires you to provide a valid Bangladesh mobile phone number and to choose a secure password. rk888 will use the mobile number you provide as your primary identifier and as the channel for any SMS-based verification steps.
rk888 conducts KYC verification as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identification document (such as a National ID card or passport) and proof of your registered mobile number before a withdrawal request is processed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and inability to withdraw funds until the verification is resolved.

Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password. rk888 strongly recommends choosing a password that is at least 8 characters long, combining letters, numbers and symbols, and is unique to your rk888 Account. You must notify rk888 support immediately if you suspect that your password has been compromised.

Account Closure by Player
You may request the closure of your rk888 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon Account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have been verified and approved will be processed to your nominated payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Account Suspension by rk888
rk888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; the Player has provided false identity or age information; suspicious betting patterns or fraudulent activity has been identified; or a withdrawal cannot be completed due to failed KYC. In all such cases rk888 will endeavour to communicate the reason to the Player where legally permissible.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on rk888 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). rk888 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Accepted Deposit Methods
rk888 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All deposit methods must be registered in your own name — deposits from accounts or cards held by third parties are not permitted and may be reversed with funds forfeited.

Minimum and Maximum Deposits
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account. rk888 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice, though such changes will be communicated in the Cashier interface.

Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once approved, withdrawals to bKash, Nagad and Rocket mobile wallets are typically processed within 3-5 minutes during standard operating hours. Withdrawals via bank card may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times. rk888 targets same-day processing for all verified withdrawal requests received before 10pm Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

Refused or Reversed Transactions
rk888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where: the transaction is suspected to involve fraud, money laundering or a payment method not registered in the Player's own name; the Player's Account is under review; or the transaction would violate any applicable regulation. In such cases rk888 will contact the Player to explain the decision where legally permissible.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
rk888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general bonus rules, the promotion-specific term prevails.

Wagering Requirements
All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g. 20x) is stated on the relevant promotion page. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them remain non-withdrawable.

Bonus Expiry
All bonuses have an expiry date by which wagering requirements must be completed. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods vary per promotion and are stated clearly on the promotion page at the time of claiming.

Welcome Bonus Eligibility
The rk888 welcome bonus is available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit. It is available once per Player, per household and per device. rk888 reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer from any Player who is found to have claimed it more than once, whether through the use of multiple accounts, shared devices or any other means.

Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse the rk888 bonus system — including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using different accounts; placing hedged bets designed to minimise wagering risk while meeting rollover requirements; or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion — will result in the cancellation of all associated Bonus Funds, reversal of derived winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rk888 platform. Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.

Registering or operating more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person without their knowledge.

Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a verifiable platform error will be void.

Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not available to a standard human player.

Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, where the Player has knowingly circumvented geo-restrictions to do so.
8. Responsible Gaming
rk888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a suite of tools within every Player Account to help you manage your gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders and a self-exclusion feature that allows you to block access to your Account for a defined cooling-off period or indefinitely.
If you feel that your gambling has become difficult to control, or if gambling is causing you financial or emotional distress, we urge you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to contact our support team. rk888 will action a self-exclusion request within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, rk888 will take reasonable steps to prevent you from opening a new Account on the platform.
9. Intellectual Property and Limitation of Liability
All content on the rk888 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of rk888 or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit or create derivative works from any rk888 content without prior written consent. Unauthorised use of rk888's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data or service interruptions, even if rk888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. rk888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the relevant event.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
rk888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, rk888 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the contact information held on their Account prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair and transparent gaming practice. rk888 is committed to resolving all Player disputes in good faith through its customer support process.
